WEC benefits offers a wide range of promotion and marketing opportunities in line with the ever changing trends within the travel, tourism and mice industries.
WEC for its members provides an international business platform to help achieve your exhibition targets on a local, regional and/or international scale.
The WEC team:
Although WEC was only established in 2006, its team has;
- A wealth of experience in both travel & tourism and exhibitions,
- A direct experience in organising exhibitions,
- Represented many of the world’s most prestigious organisers,
- The backing of a dedicated marketing and promotion company,
- Over 12 years experience and knowledge in the exhibition industry.
- A database of key trade professionals within the travel, tourism and mice industries.
Unique Membership:
No two events from the same field within the same city will be allowed to become members. Therefore none of the WEC members will be in conflict with each other.
All leads received by WEC will be forwarded to the relevant member exhibition for follow up.
WEC Website:
The website is a dedicated promotional tool setup for WEC members, associates and partners, as well as a valuable source of information for trade professionals/visitors. As a member of WEC the website will offer:
- A direct hyperlink to your exhibition website.
- Member exhibition logo and date.
- Member exhibition profile.
- Market trends of member exhibition host country.
- and other relevant links supporting the industry sector.
WEC News:
The in-house press 'WEC News' will be published frequently in English and distributed to all WEC members, associates and Partners, by e-mail in PDF format.
The 'WEC News' keeps members, associates and partners informed of new trends, market information, industry and WEC updates.
WEC Stand:
The WEC stand will be present at all other member exhibitions (and in several other selective exhibitions*). It is a neutral platform offering:
- Professional international exposure.
- An excellent business meeting point.
- Information to prospective exhibitors, visitors and hosted buyers.
- Extensive network opportunities.
The WEC stand provides you with a hassle-free participation at other member exhibitions, so you can focus on achieving your exhibition targets.
The WEC stand will be neutrally branded and user-friendly in order to network and conduct business.
* WEC will participate in other selective international exhibitions, which are not members. Participation will be based on the written approval of members and the equal sharing of the participation costs.
WEC Logo:
WEC members will have permission to use and display the WEC Logo on their promotional material, stating they are members.
WEC Media Associates:
WEC has built up a selective worldwide network of key media publications, journals, magazines, etc in the field of travel, tourism and mice who can provide regional opportunities to WEC member exhibitions. WEC itself will utilise this network to ensure your exhibition will gain international exposure.
WEC Partners:
WEC Partners are organisations and associations who wish to be associated with WEC, but who cannot become members. They offer valuable services and products to professionals within the industry, in order that WEC can provide a better service for the benefit of its members and all trade professionals / visitors.
