WEC Code of Conduct...
WEC Members, Media Associates and Partners accept to respect the following code of practice:
- To remain professional with all other Member Exhibition Organisers, Media Associates and Partners.
- To provide correct statistics and data for the purpose of publicising WEC Members and Media Associates in press releases, flyers, advertisements, etc.
- To support the WEC secretariat during participation/attendance on the WEC stand at any given member exhibition for the benefit of the Club's members.
- To ensure all requested information is received by WEC by the specified date.
- As a member of WEC each Member, Media Associate and Partner will be given equal opportunities to be promoted and therefore members should support the collective interests of all WEC Members.
- WEC has been created as an independent, neutral Club for the benefits it provides to its Members.
- WEC will not voice views or beliefs in favour of one member or another nor will it become involved in any disagreements that may arise between its members.
- To maintain the high standards of professionalism and management as an exhibition organiser.
